WEREWOLVES WITHIN
After a proposed pipeline creates divisions within the small town of Beaverfield, and a snowstorm traps its residents together inside the local inn, newly arrived forest ranger Finn (Sam Richardson) and postal worker Cecily (Milana Vayntrub) try to keep the peace and uncover the truth behind a mysterious creature that has begun terrorizing the community.

Director Josh Ruben will be in attendance to introduce the film, which was produced during February and March of 2020 in Fleischmanns, Phoenicia and Woodstock Film Studios. Local cast and crew members will also be in attendance. WEREWOLVES WITHIN was the second local feature production for Ruben in two years. His first feature, SCARE ME, world premiered at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival.

The short film PARE, directed by Lauren Sick will screen prior to the feature. The psychological horror, which star Dana Drori (Freaky, Tentacles) was also produced in the region in the fall of 2020. The film screened at the Cannes World Film Festival where Lauren was semi-finalist for Best Director. The film also took home the awards for Best Horror Short and Best Female Director at Indie Shorts/LA International Film Festival.
